What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Swollen Foot?
NSAIDs side effects, need work up and management
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain abdomen with feet swelling and history of NSAIDs use and spine surgeries and knee surgeries need to be evaluated for NSAIDs side effects on the body like nephropathy and gastritis. You need to visit a local physician and let them run some labs to assess liver and renal functions and assess for gastric discomfort and gastritis. Prefer tylenol over NSAIDs for pain and take some antacids like pepto or nexium for abdominal pain. After some work up and investigation further management will be tailored accordingly.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Needs work up to find out the cause of these symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getitng back to me
As i mentioned, the main stem of complaint in this question is swelling in feet. That needs to be examined as it could be pedal edema. Now pedal edema is due to three common causes. Kidneys, liver and heart. With prolonged use of NSAIDs and painkillers, NSAIDs nephropathy is very common and can lead to renal failure which presents in feet swelling. Abdominal pain needs to be localised. There are hundreds of causes possible. NSAIDs cause gastritis and can lead to such discomfort and gastritis and worse case scenario duodenal perforations can happen if persistently used. That is why i recommended a visit for evaluation of these two symptoms. Once your kidneys and gastric mucosal erosion is ruled out as possible suspected cause of this pain then other possibilities will be sorted out to find out possible management .
