how frequently it occurs in a month?
Does it happen every time you ejaculate?
Any burning in urine with Urinary tract infection in the past / or lately?
Any history of UTI/ STD in the past?
How many times you had UTI attacks in the past?
Any Constipation / ano-rectal burning/pain lately?
Whats your diet?is it spicy/fried/ non-veg?
HOw frequently it is accompanied with high alcohol/tea/ coffee consumption?

Based on My expertise and experience-
Cause of such a pain has many reasons-
a-Could be from a normal arousal with extreme masturbation or stimulation mental / or physical
b-Or could be from a infected Uro-genital system from the inbuilt infection of the Uro-genital System organs and parts/ or from the peri-System infection making it more sensitive or infected from outside.
Any of these conditions could lead to the symptoms you observed.

Common and physiological reasons could be a long abstinence in sex / or long stress on the prostatic perineal soft-area(behind testes bag and in front of your anus) due to long sitting or inactivity.

Causes leading to abdominal pain during ejaculation-
A very fast arousal or/ Lack of proper hydration/ excess of tea/coffee/ spicy / high protein food/ alcoholic excesses and stressful day could all lead to increase in frequency of pain in or during or after ejaculation.

Physiological Reason-
During extreme arousal,before and during ejaculation,the whole body and especially the pelvic muscles and lower abdominal muscled go in to extreme spasm involuntarily,which is also accompanied by the extreme Involuntary Spasms of the Seminal Vesicle muscles.

Hi Dear,Thanks for your prompt updates.
Being athlete at this age,chances of abdominal sprain and tear can't be ruled out.

Remedy Suggested to you -
Take Tab Advil 400 mg x 5 days. This is available over the counter as well as with a script and guidance of your GP doctor.
Take a multivitamin like Zincovit once a day for 10 days
Cold or Hot Compresses to suit your comforts for 5 days
Rest from Work out x 1-6 weeks if the abdominal discomfort demands it.
Total rest -for 2-4 days this week, if need be.
If no relief in 5 days time-Get USG abdomen and check physically with Surgeon/ or your Family Doctor and treat it accordingly. But don't neglect.

Dear, if you follow these guidelines, this would help you to come out of the muscle pull and strain with bruising/ or tear in your lower abdominal muscles.
