Brief Answer:
Go to urgent care or ER if this is the worse pain of her life

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Abdominal pain without nausea and fevers still could be a number of different things.
-Irritable bowel disease
-Dyspepsia
-Celiacs
-Pelvic inflammatory disorder
-Anxiety
-Abscesses
-Aneursyms
-Appendicitis
-Inflammatory bowel disease
-Diverticulitis
-ectopic pregnancy
-endometriosis
-ischemic bowel disease
-ovarian torsion or rupture
-pregnancy
-pancreatitis
-kidney disease
-hernia
-gall stones
-pneumonia
-ulcers
-hepatitis
-constipation
-and probably many more

Therefore, unfortunately, she will probably need to see a medical professional because a lot of these disease can be life threatening. Excruciating pain is never a good sign especially when it involves the abdomen because there are so many different possibilities. Pain always precedes nausea and fevers. It sounds like she might have some inflammation/irritation in her abdomen which can happen from almost all of the above. The most common would be appendicitis, gall bladder disease, ectopic pregnancy, and ulcers. If this is the worse pain of her life, I would take her to the emergency room. If not, you can try medication for dyspepsia such as tums or anti-acids. You can also try stool softeners and probiotics. I would stay away from ibuprofen which can worse abdominal pain. Tylenol would be the better option.
