What Causes Severe Back Pain?
Gen Physician felt as Neuro Mucular issue
Can you suggest a remedy
Medications may help you.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms. At this stage, you can take medications such as ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets for pain relief. In addition, physiotherapy with IFT/ultrasound and traction would also help to reduce pain.
If pain does not improve with above, lumbar spine MRI may be done to rule out nerve compression in the lower back region.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
