Brief Answer:
Further tests needed to achieve a diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Two are most probable conditions that may cause burning sensation in one leg:

1. deep vein thrombosis of your leg

2. peripheral neuropathy

If there are skin changes such redness, swelling and endurance, skin staphylococcus infection also should be considered.

So, before treatment, there is need for a correct diagnosis and for this purpose further tests needed such Doppler ultrasound of your legs and nerve conduction study with EMG.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about prescription of those tests.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Greetings.
