Brief Answer:
Not a cardiac problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

If you have pain when you take a deep breath, it is definitely not a cardiac pain. It can be caused by costochondritis or a simple muscle pain. Such pain can be caused also in case of spine problems. There are nerves arising from spinal cord, which travel between ribs. Spine problems can cause pressure on their origin and one can feel pain anywhere in the chest, back, or arm.
Don't worry if you have done all cardiac examinations and have normal results.
I would advise you to take Ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day after meal for 5 days. if your complaints don't disappear I would advise you to see your doctor to check if there is anything wrong with the spine.

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

With stress and anxiety there is excessive release of adrenaline, which can cause tachycardia, nausea, panic, sometimes chest pain, etc.
If you have done all those tests 6 months ago, even a year ago, there is nothing to worry, it couldn't be changed so quickly in your age with your weight, even in case of non healthy lifestyle.
The only thing I would advise you is try to control your anxiety and panic attacks. I don't like to prescribe sedatives and antidepressants to young people, which many doctors do nowadays, and I have good results without it. You can do it yourself.
You know, there is no heart disease, so if you will keep calm every time when you have those symptoms they will disappear gradually.
Go for some sport, be much in fresh air, walk much and you will be fine.

Take care

Doctor,

I ask opinion to an other cardiologist and what he tolds me was Welcome on HCM!

I read carefully your questions and would explain that the fact that your pain is a prolonged pain and all your performed cardiac tests have resulted normal, indicates a low probability for your symptoms to be cardiac related.

Nevertheless, a coronary artery disease can not be excluded based on your symptoms, even if those tests have resulted normal.

I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and perform cardiac enzymes and a cardiac stress test.

As you have different cardio-vascular risks (smoking, alcohol intake, hypertension), I would advise performing a coronary angio CT scan to evaluate your future risk for possible cardiac ischemic events.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!

Kind regards

What do you think about it?

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Theoretically he is right. There may be a minor possibility of a heart disease.
But.....practically......I face such patients quite often. Young patients with many cardiovascular examinations, with normal results who still have chest pain. Actually in such cases, especially when pain worsens with breathing or with palpation, it is not a cardiac pain. I don't send such patients for further cardiovascular examinations and they always doing fine.
In your case, if you are very concerned, the only examination, which will give you a 100% confidence, can be coronary CT angiography. But, believe me, results will be normal.

Hope this was of help

Come back if you have any other concerns or new information

Take care

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
You have a Holter test with normal results. So, there is nothing abnormal. In case of anxiety heart rate variability increases. But it is not dangerous and not serious as it is still within permitted limits.
