Brief Answer:
Not migraine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

If the headache is knocking you out for more than 48 hours where you are not able to speak or move it might not be migraine. It could be a seizure
I strongly I advice you do as following

1. Get a CT scan done immediately
2. If the CT brain is normal, get a EEG done to rule out seizure
3. Other tests to be done are to see for diabetes, thyroid and hypertension
4. The best drug for such severe headaches is diclofenac, the next best drug would be naproxen.
5. Neurologist would be the best person to approach

Please do not ignore this any further

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
