There is no any particular time when i get these.First i was thought it is due to Anxiety and I got in touch with a psychologist which is still ongoing. Now I got rid of the problems. When it comes I try to take deep breath. Until i succeed to take the deep breath I feel the problem continuing.I did ECG which was fine.
When I faced such problems I usually starts Pranayam like Anulom-Bilom.
I still do not have BP,Sugar and Heart problem as per last Test Reports.
I quit smoke since last 4 months.
Please suggest.Thanks in Advance.

Brief Answer:
looks like its nothing significant
Detailed Answer:
looks like its nothing significant . The symptoms described it looks unrelated to heart or any other organ for that matter. The desire to take deep breath doesn't indicate any disease. it's more like habit. you should be able to over come it by voluntary effort and by not worrying about it. However if your symptoms seem to be persistent or bothersome than please get test Echo and TMT.
