Brief Answer:
HIGHLY SUGGESTIVE OF UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The symptoms are very highly suggestive of a urinary tract infection.
Kindly get a urinanalysis at the earliest.
Please send a sample of your midstream urine for urine microscopy and urine culture.
Based on the organism identified, proper targeted antibiotics should be started.
Also, drink lots of water , atleast 5 litres per day and ensure meticulous perineal hygiene.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
