What Causes Severe One-sided Headache?

Question: I have been having intermittent headache from last 2 days on the left side. I am not sure if this is a migraine issue. I would like to know the precautions to be taken to address this issue noting that I work in high mental stress environment.

One-sided headache is most commonly caused by migraine.

As of now, you can take Naproxen tablets for pain relief.

In addition, eat food on time, sleep for 7-8 hours per night and avoid stress.

If the headache persists beyond 4-5 days, it may be good to consult a neurologist.
