What Causes Severe Pain In Right Foot?

Question: my right foot has been very painful for the past 12 hours. it hurts with no weight on it and hurts more when I try to walk. There are no cuts or bruises. The pain feels as though it is coming from inside the foot and coming up the inside or left side of the ankle. this foot is occasionally painful, but nothing like this. I have painful rheumatoid arthritis and the foot is very slightly swollen. Can you help me? YYYY@YYYY
