What Causes Severe Sore Throat, Body Aches And Weakness?

Question: Ive had a sore loser throat, body aches since Monday. Throat culture came back negative. Friday and Saturday my doctor thought it was vertigo. I felt better yesterday but by nighttime I feel like my whole body is achy again and that my body is killing me.
