What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Acid Reflux, Fatigue, Nausea And Chest Pain?
Historically, I have rheumatoid arthritis, COPD due to medicine reaction (methotrexate), left bundle branch bock after an episode of severe Tetany, (ionized Ca level .5) history of Active TB, multiple endocrine adneopathy type 2 with residual hypothyroidism, hypocalcemia, I have had 2 knee replacements, and infected hip replacement.
Current VS: afebrile, or low grade temp, I was diaphoretic last night, O2 says 93-94% (usually 99%) pulse 100, b/p 102/67, I feel ok at present, just very tired, and still have left sided burning sensation. I really do NOT want to go to ER.
Yesterday's episode was a severe attack of acidity with GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Yesterday's episode was a severe attack of acidity with GERD and you correctly took Omeprazole. As a follow up take Omeprazole with a Domperidone combination plus a liquid antacid with Lidocaine twice a day for two days.
Next time you have such an attack at night, take a double dose of Omeprazole plus Domperidone and the liquid antacid 2 teaspoonfuls as soon as you realise the burning is starting.
Also sit up in bed or walk around till you feel better.
With so many problems you do need to build up your immunity.
I would recommend swimming/walking in water for you as ideal exercise: plus go in for weight work outs and stationary cycling.
And I hope you are eating plenty of greens, vegetables and fruits.
You can revert back.
Regards
