He is 57 years old and is 5'7" tall and weighs 250 pounds. I did not realize these were symptoms of sleep apnea but I have been telling him for years that he has sleep apnea. I have it and recognize the breathing patterns.
I will make him an appointment for a sleep study immediately. He does have high blood pressure.
