From past 2 days i am facing a little pain on my shoulders. Sometimes i feel numbness in the hands & legs(little bit of pain). Please give a proper solution. Waiting for your response.

I will advise you shoulder physiotherapy for around 1 week.

I will advise you shoulder physiotherapy for around 1 week.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS will help you .
Check your B12 and vit D levels.If they are low then you may need to take supplements.
Drink plenty of water and juices.
If not relieved then you may need to investigate like x ray and MRI.
