What Causes Skin Rashes All Over The Body?

Question: I am getting skin rashes all over my body specially on face, back and hand. I had shown to skin specialist (MD) and he had advised me to take Aciloc and Allegra 180 for 3 months. Now its more than 3 months but the problem is still there. Now the condition has become so worse that even one day i skip the tablet i get itching on face and back etc. Please help it really becomes worst when the itch starts when you are in meeting and you can't control.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines ( allegra and aciloc).
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
The only permanent cure is finding out the allergen which is causing it.
Please upload a photograph of the area involved.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better line of approach.
