Brief Answer:
mild marginal gingivitis, oral prophylaxis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and the image.
As per your image, there is slight inflammation(marginal gingivitis) in relation to the left lateral incisor. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get the scaling done(cleaning).
You need to get all the teeth examined because the deposits usually accumulate on the inner aspect of the front teeth the cheek side of upper molars.
So if deposits are there in the above said area you need to get the teeth cleaned.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back. Take care.

Thanks for your answer. Is it possible that i have peridontis? Also my gums have looked like that for about 4 years. Will that cause any problems?
Brief Answer:
Mild gingivitis, not periodontitis, get the teeth cleaned
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feed back.
The gingiva or gums is inflamed only in lateral incisor region. It is not periodontitis. If you don't get the gingivitis treated then it leads to periodontitis. Right now you don't have periodontitis as per the images. For further confirmation consult a oral physician so that he will check all the teeth and tell about the status of other teeth also which are not covered in the image you have uploaded.
Nothing to worry it is a very initial stage. so get your teeth cleaned.
I hope I have answered your query.
If any queries are there reply me back.
