No doctor no pain and some time the scrotum itches , I showed the black spot in penis to a dermatologist he said nothing to worry but I am not convinced , today I suddenly saw this spots in scrotum is it melanoma ...
Brief Answer:
Biopsy required to know the character of lesion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again.
Clinically the black spots do not look like melanoma.
However, the black spots appear to be pigmented lesion.
Naevus is the first possibility.
Naevus is benign lesion caused by proliferation of benign naevus cells in the dermis.
The important thing is to rule out any dysplastic or neoplastic change in the naevus.
Consultation with a dermatologist and biopsy from the site will help to know the correct diagnosis of the lesion.
melanoma is a malignant lesion which is characterised by increase in size of the lesion, change in color, bleeding or appearance of altered sensations in the lesion.
The lesion on your case appears to be a benign lesion, however, examination is required.
Thanks and take care
