I have these small growths on my vagina and i am worried they are genital warts...

Yes, I can understand that you would be confused and worried.
BUt in my opinion, these are not genital warts.
They are a very similar condition - vestibular / vaginal papillomatosis.
Unlike warts, they are benign, harmless and not sexually transmitted.
They warrant removal only if they bother you cosmetically.
