Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort. ----- Normally is not regular basis, but is it in morning time.
What is the probable diagnosis of your treating doctor ? --- They inject “Verapamil” injection at the root of penis.

From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed Peyronie's disease.
Injection verapamil is a commonly used and effective treatment for your problem.
But since you have already received twelve injections without much relief ,I would recommend you to discuss other treatment options with your treating doctor .
Although there are various other agents which can help in your problem like collagenase injection or interferon injections ,but a direct assessment of the type of plaque is essential to judge if medical interventions would help or if there is a need for any surgical intervention.
So my advise would be to consult your treating doctor again and discuss other treatment options .
