What Causes Soreness On The Head Of The Penis?

Question: Hi I have a sore on the head of my penis, I popped a white head and it formed the next day my lymph nodes on my right side groin are swollen, I've looked at pictures of stds and researched symptoms but none seem to match, any idea what I have ? I work everyday and I chaff a lot idk if that would be a cause or what I don't have any aches or pains I don't have any discharge just 1 sore on the head of my penis near the rim of it.

Since you masturbate quite a lot, it is possible that you have a friction sore. It could also be a collection of sebaceous secretions that you released. The lymph node swellings indicate some localized soft tissue infection. I would insist you to upload an image of the sore so that I would be better able to comment.
