had urethral sling removed, had foley one day...post op day 5 have gastric symptoms and fever. Prior to surgery had chronic tissue infections due to mesh coming through and collecting bacteria. MD wants treat like uti...but I am concerned about soft tissue infection. T-100.4, so not like the high temps for uti
