Brief Answer:
You need to see a speech therapist

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. Based on the history you have shared, his speech is clearly late with respect to his age. He needs to be reviewed by an ENT specialist for any abnormality structural or functional in oropharynx and tongue as will as hearing tests. If it is all normal he should be reviewed by a speech therapist who can suggest few exercises and sounds to start with. All you would need will be to continue those exercises with him at home and a consistent follow up will be needed for complete recovery Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
