Brief Answer:
Have you been circumcised?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this worry and all the inconveniences this must have caused you. I have reviewed all the attached images. Before we make any list of possible causes and treatment options, I will like to know whether you have been circumcised or not. This will be very helpful because looking at the images, these spots appear to be below and above the sulcus and could signify a possible contact of the foreskin and the head of the penis if you have not been circumcised before.

Let me hear back from you and do promise to get back to you as soon as I hear back from you. Until next, I wish you well.

See below!!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the information fully and with this added information, this discoloration is as a result of dirt tissue accumulating underneath the uncircumcised skin. That is why you can clear see symmetry around the penile sulcus suggesting that there this is from the same point of contact. The best way would be circumcision and should you not have any strong feelings against circumcision, I Will recommend that. If you do reject and detest circumcision, daily cleansing of the pulled back foreskin is highly recommended to avoid smegma accumulating and causing discoloration.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

Brief Answer:
A cream is unlikely to address tho problem fully!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up question.

A cream will not be able to address this problem fully. The best thing to do is to liberate this area and allow it to be exposed through circumcision. This is because the contact between the two layers is the principal cause elf these symptoms.

I wish you well.
