Brief Answer:
menopause is not complete. Visit gynaecologist

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXX, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

Menopause is diagnosed when lady doesn't have menstrual bleeding for one complete year. During the time of menopause (when one is about to attain menopause), such irregularities are common. In fact menopause is not sudden, it is a gradual process, where period interval increases, amount of bleeding decreases, number of bleeding days come down. This lasts for 2 to 3 years. So in my opinion your menopause is not yet attained fully.

However if your menopause is attained fully, and this spotting is continuing for long, if you have pain in pelvis area, foul smells in discharge, it is a cause of concerns. Please get yourself ecamined by gynaecologist.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to us for follow up queries. I wish you good health and long life ahead. Kindly provide a feedback on this reply. Thanks
