What Causes Spotting While Having Meprate For PCOD?

Brief Answer:
Periods
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:
1. It is possible that periods can be spotting or dark brown coloured once in a while.
2. This happens due to remaining excess endometrium coming out along with blood.
3. You can consider this itself as normal periods.
I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.
Regards,
Dr. Soumya

From last 3 months I am on meprate 10mg since I had no normal periods last two months the bleeding was normal but thismonth only spotting of blood and no flow is it normal or should I see a gynecologist. .??
Brief Answer:
Dont worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Endometrium grows in each cycle and at the end of cycle it sheds off causing bleeding. This is normal pattern.
When the cycles get delayed, the endometrium keeps growing as it is not shed. This growing endometrium is the reason for excess grown endometrium. This when shed causes dark / brownish bleeding.
You can conceive with these findings. Dont worry.
But if you are in hurry to conceive, please see an IVF centre
