Question: vagina stinging before needing to urinate & bubbly urine sometimes im on bp tablets & diabetic tablets & iv been using protien bars for weight loss pls help

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have stinging in genitals and passing bubbly urine .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is the level of Proteins reported in your urine analysis?
2) Is it possible to upload urine report in detail?
3) Is your diabetes well controlled ?

Bubbles in urine is common findings and most of the time is due to passing urine forcefully.and has no significance at all.

Since you have stinging in genital it is advisable to rule out UTI doing urine culture.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

I have not had urine analysis as yet but have had kidney blood tests that have come back clear my diabeties has not been well controlled but is now I drink over 2L water daily
