As I can understand that your complaint is of pain in stomach, loose motions?
And you have started going to gym since 3 days.
I need you to answer my following questions
1) Is the pain more on movemet? Or the stomach pain starts even on rest, while lying down with no movement?
2) Is the loose motion preceded by stomach ache?
3) Is there an associated fever?
4) How is the consistency of stools? watery, foul smelly, pale, or normal?
5) is there associated vomiting?
Meanwhile I suggest you to see a local physican as any reason for dehydration cannot be taken lightly.
Have adequate intake of fluid and glucose.
Revert back with the information regarding above asked questions soon.

The information that you have given is consistent with condition of gastric upset.
Absence of fever make an infective cause unlikely.
My suggestions would be
1) stop gym for few days.
2) Include adequate fluid intake.
3) you can use tab loperamide twice a day for two days to control diarrhoea.
4) the symptoms should subside within couple of days, however if there is fever, uncontrolled diarrhoea, vomiting, intense pain, in such case I would strongly suggest you to see a local physician.
you can discuss and revise your gym traing with your trainer for proper graded exercise.
Welcome for further suggestions.
