Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer is the most probable issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms indicate possible peptic ulcer. Migraine medicines (especially NSAIDs - nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs) can cause this issue for sure. Chest pain, nausea, vomiting, upper middle abdominal pain are typical symptoms of this condition.
Unfortunately in the same way stomach cancer can appear. That is why you need proper diagnostic. Please consult gastrologist. Gastroscopy is the first test you should have done.

In a meanwhile, please start Omeprasole 40 mgs once a day intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
