What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Fatigue?
Question: I started to feel lightheaded Monday just overall dizzy and not 'myself'. Saw doctor , had normal labs (metabolic panel and cbc just very mildly elevated wbc). No fever. Remembered during the appt that I had hit my head the night before on the dryer door - I remember it hurt but I didn't think I really whacked it THAT hard. symptoms of fatigue, lightheadedness and trouble focusing all pointed toward a concussion diagnosis however. Head CT was clear. I guess I'm just wondering if I should be looking for something else, however since I really don't recall hitting my head all that hard- it just seemed like a minor bump on the head. . .. I just feel like I can't focus well (eyes tire) and feel a constant lightheadedness feeling.
Brief Answer:
Monitor only for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed this information fully. From the surrounding circumstances and all the clinical information collected, there is no reason for further worries. You might have had a minor contusion which requires just some time for fun recovery and has no visible lesions and bears no future consequences. Be calm, observe and all should slowly return to normal. There is no need for further medical review at this time.
I hope this guides and helps. I await your updates. Feel free to follow up with me for more information and clarifications if need be.

I guess what I've noticed mostly lately is seeing bright white lights every time I blink or close my eyes , eyes tire easily also. Just seems odd to me....
Brief Answer:
This will all return to normal!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Given what you experienced and all the clinical data presented, there is nothing to panic about. These transient observations are not uncommon but would soon fade. No findings suggest that we should be worried.
I wish you well. Keep me updated.
