What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain Under Right Breast While Breathing?
Hepatobilliary colic , Get an EKG done first
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based upon your description of the pain, it appears to be hepatobilliary colic related to cholecystitis. Even though it is not likely to be a myocardial infarct but one needs to get an EKG done to rule out any cardiac cause for the pain. An ultrasound of abdomen along with X ray chest, LFTs, CBC, Amylase/lipase should be advised after a proper assessment in the E.R. Antispasmodics , NSAIDs, PPIs and fluids should be administered initially , to cool down the pain. In the meanwhile you may take antispasmodic medication available to you OTC, including hyoscine butylbromide and acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
