Brief Answer:
Possibly muscular pain. Need to watch for any new symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to be muscular pain, probably secondary to abnormal pull
2. If you are able to move your arm and there is no bluish or paleness of finger or there is no tingling or numbness, then not to worry. However, if any of the symptoms are there you will need to go to your doctor. Do watch for these symptoms.
3. If you are taking Tramadol, that should be sufficient for pain. If necessary, ibuprofen can be taken. Local analgesic spray can be applied.
4. Blood pressure, systolic is high, probably due to pain.

At present rest and application of heat should help. Need to watch for any new symptoms.

Hope it helps.
