What Causes Sudden Spells Of Dizziness, Fainting And Blurred Vision?
Question: This is regarding my Dad who is not in major city with access healthcare.
1. My dad had a stroke in Dec 2010 and since then he cannot walk normal and many other day to day activities as earlier, gone through physiotherapy and has been doing well.
2. He has been diagnosed with high BP around the same period.
3. He has been since Dec 2010 on medication as prescribed by the doctor who attended him for stroke.
4. Lately he is complaining of not being able to see and his head is itching and has spells of fainting.
5. He visited a local doctor who has advised to eye specialist and per the investigation we found that he has diabetes , mild retinopathy and mild cataract.
Please advise what is happening here, what could be causing his spells of dizziness, fainting, unable to see well all of sudden since early this week?
