good evening... 212/80 bp ... end stage reneal disease change in seeing a red/rust blob in the corner of an eye (also diagnosed with retinopathy... my 85 y/o mom doesnt want to do to the hospital... concerning enough symptoms to over ride her wishes?

what type of retinopathy? hypertensive or diabetic in that case the disease is to be controlled. once diagnosed the treatment is laser photo coagulation. it can be done at home , for which you have to contact willing doctor. only thing is you may have to pay more.
