Brief Answer:
Possibility of narcolepsy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sudden unavoidable urge to sleep may be due to narcolepsy associated with poor quality sleep, snoring and day time sleepiness.
Is there any fever, headache, vomiting, seizure, visual complains?
Any previous stroke or transient ischaemic attacks?
Any other illness or drug intake?
You should visit a physician or neurologist for detailed examination.
Any deterioration in consciousness needs to evaluated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
