Brief Answer:
ropinirole rarely causes weight gain

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ropinerole can sometimes cause weight gain, it is one of the rarer possible side effects.
In theory, it is a possible side effect of dulera because it contains a steroid but there is normally not a lot of systemic absorption of these inhalers into the blood stream so there should be minimal absorption and effects.

There is no evidence, at the moment that spiriva causes weight gain.
The levothyroxine is a thyroid hormone replacement and the thyroid hormone is associated with weight loss not gain so this would not be playing a role in your weight gain

You would also need your thyroid function tests to be done to make that the hormone levels are not too low, this causes weight gain.

It may also be helpful to explore your diet to see if there are any aspects that may be changed to help control your weight.
A nutritionist may be most helpful here.

Your doctor may need to review the ropinirole for you.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
