What Causes Sudden Weight Gain?
Question: My age 47, height 150 cm, weight 60 kg. BMI is 26.7. I m pre obess.I m non diabatic. Last yera I had taken assistance of healthcare magic about perimenopause.
BMI shows I m preobess. I find my obesity is concentrated near arms and stomach.
Pl suggest suitable diet plan and suitable tests. Any how I want to reduce weight upto 10 kg. Pl suggest proper diet plan and medication ,exercise as well
