Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Doughnut effect do occurs by these kind of exercises.
This is harmless until and unless the swelling is persisting.
No since you have stopped this activity you don't need to worry unless you have any ulcer, swelling or pain over the effected area.
The blackness usually occurs as a result of contact irritant dermatitis.
If you are having normal erections you don't need to worry you would have normal sex life.
If you wish you can send me photograph of the affected area.
Also if you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Thanks doctor

Please note that i went for the last 3 years to many skin doctors ( forgive i don't know the exact word in English), they informed that it could be an ulcer that hapPened due to some transient inflammation with normal sex intercourse but this ulcer is permanent and can not go away
Yesterday i went for the first time to an urologist , he informed that it is looking normal and as long as i had normal sex intercourse so everything is ok and there is no possibilty for Penis fracture or any other problem of blood circulation, please confirm that is correct

Thus can we conclude this only an ulcer ? and what will be the treatment that i can take knowing that i feel that ulcer is progressing slowly and cause me a real headache

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Penis doesn't has bone so there is no chance if fracture.
Probably your skin doctor is right. You might have developed ulcers as a result of friction.
Don't worry this would be fine soon.
In case you had any unprotected sexual intercourse then this ulcer needs evaluation for sexually transmitted disease.
So don't worry. Resume your normal sexual life but remember to play safe.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Dear Friend
In case you are using condoms, change the brand. Many a times one has allergy to a particular brand or even latex, that can cause ulcers.
You can use Lubricating creams like KY Jelly in case you have severe friction during intercourse.
I am not sure that you have an ulcer or not.
It would be a wise idea to send me photograph of the affected area for a better help.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend
I can't see any ulcer there. That's simply blackening of the skin that has resulted from jelq exercises.
No treatment required for this.
Don't use any oil, cream or lotion because that can further aggravate the skin blackening due to contact allergic dermatitis.
Just relax. Stop worrying.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Dear Friend.
I understand your worry.
For blackness try Hydrocortisone cream locally once a day over the effected area. Use this for 15 days and get back to me after 15 days with the results.
I am hopeful that the blackness would improve.
Further treatment would be based on response. Don't continue using it for long time.
Write back after 15 days of use. Do mention my name in your query so that it is directed to me only.
Good Luck.

Is hydrocortisone the commercial name of this drug , it is clear a cortisone type so it has side effects, right?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hydrocortisone is the name of the salt. You can ask the chemist for its available trade / commercial name.
Side effects are rare on short term use of local hydrocortisone.
That's why I have asked you to use it only for 15 days and get back to me.
Also use it only if you just have dark, black skin without any evidence of infection or ulcer
If you have any further query please ask me else close the discussion and rate it.
