How To Cure The Itchy Rash On The Outside Of Anus That Bleed When Wiped ?
I have a rash on the outside of my anus. It's very itchy and now a lot of sores have formed along the outside. I haven't had sex in over a month. I'm a gay male. My lymphnode in my groin on the right side is inflamed. I used babywipes recently could've that have done it? I nomrally just use toilet paper. When i wiped recently it started to bleed a little from the outside. It's towards the top of my rectum.

Hi i think itchy rash over the anus which is bleeding on touch can be due to anal fissure.rash is only due to irritant dermatitis caused by fissure.
Treat the condition with atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and application of t bact ointment twice daily can cure the rash but it is recurent until total fissure is cured.fissure can be cured by fissurectomy
