What Causes Swelling In Feets And Ankles?

There is no pain involved. Thank you for any help you can give me. XXXXXXX
I would bring this to your doctor's notice....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I do commonly see patients with similar history at my office every day. Most of them report diurinal changes - some have notice it early in the morning as they wake up and others find it getting enlarged as the day progress. I would be interested to know if you notice any such pattern in your case.
Well on most occasions, the cause of swelling is benign. Besides encouraging them to exercise better and eat healthy proteins, no other treatment is required. However possibilities of venous pooling, a failing heart / kidney functions, nutrient deficiency, anemia and hypothyroidism should excluded.
Since you are other wise healthy and have no concerning symptoms, I would suggest you keep the limb elevated on most occasions and start some physical activity. Bring this to your family physician's notice during the next doctor visit. The doctor can check your peripheral pulses and order battery of tests - complete blood count, EKG, renal and liver functions and decide the type of treatment necessary.
I have tried to address this concern with my best efforts. You are free to write to the customer support team and claim the refund.
Good luck!!!
