What Causes Swelling In The Feet After A Kidney Transplant?

I see the note that says a doctor is working on my question; but the clock is not working that says how many minutes ago I asked the question.
There's no hurry but I wonder if the question went through. Thanks again, XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. As I understand from the details, you have nephropathy and not neuropathy (if you have neuropathy, it is an add on). Could you please provide me the details of investigations that have been done? I am looking for the fasting glucose, HbA1c and creatinine levels. It will also help if you could mention the blood pressure and also whether any recent echocardiography report is available. The degree of kidney damage needs to be evaluated and that will suggest whether medication would suffice. Associated ailments like heart failure and diabetes would also have a role to play. I understand that you have edema. As of now continue with Lasix. I would guide you further once I get your inputs.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

There is no further action necessary.
I found my answer. I will increase Lasix for 4 days to 80MG QD.
I have Neuropathy, LVDD stage 2, type 2 diabetes secondary from prednisone but A1C is in normal range controlled with diet, Creatinine stable- ranges from 1.6 to 1.7.
Both feet and lower legs have edema usually controlled with 40 MG Lasix but not today. I had blood clots while taking Eliquis so an IVC Filter was implanted 2 years ago.
I'm not expecting a cure for edema, I was just wondering if OK to increase Lasix temporarily. I'll take 80MG 3 more days and see Doctor if not improved.
Thank you very much for your detailed and thorough response.
It's good to know you are available for advice and counsel. Best wishes to you, XXXXXXX
