Brief Answer:
can be lymphatic obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
I would like to give differential diagnosis.
There is probably lymphatic obstruction leading to effusion and swelling.
clinical examination and blood investigation along with lymphangiography will help in diagnosis.
Another possibility of cellulitis can be considered.
your doctor may start antibiotic to control infection.
You may need to send fluid aspiration for histopathological examination.
Till time take trypsin to reduce swelling.
Take rest. ,avoid infection.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.
