Brief Answer:
Needs blood test; life style modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your suffering, the painless swelling at ankle and foot may be caused by –
1.Varicose veins that is enlarged, visible tortuous veins of leg
2.Arthrosis of foot and ankle joints with deficiency of vitamin D and calcium.
This needs physical examination along with blood test like serum uric Acid, serum RA factor, serum calcium and vitamin D along with complete blood count and CRP.
For now, my advice would be –Exercises for ankle and foot, limb elevation, avoid constant standing/sitting that is not more than 30-45 minutes. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.
As far as incontinence is concern this may occur because of common prostate gland enlargement and in urinary tract infection. My advice for you would be getting ultrasound abdomen along with urine test (routine, microscopic and culture).
There are also some things you can do at home. In many cases, these lifestyle changes can be enough to control incontinence.
1. Cut back on drinks, such as coffee and tea, soda pop and limit alcohol to no more than 1 drink a day.
2. Eat foods high in fibre to help avoid constipation.
3. Stay at a healthy weight and try simple pelvic-floor exercises like Kegels.
4. Go to the bathroom at several set times each day. Wear clothes that you can remove easily. Make your path to the bathroom as clear and quick as you can.
5. When you urinate, practice double voiding. This means going as much as you can, relaxing for a moment, and then going again.

I hope this information will be helpful and I shall be glad to answer further.
Take care
