I did not hurt my wrist's
I have not had Xray
I can not completly close eather hand,the swelling is from my knuckles to wrist

if there is no history of trauma then I think it is most probably wrist synovitis or wrist arthritis. It is usually age related change and also accentuate due to low calcium.
I would suggest you to get a x ray to confirm the diagnosis.
I would recommend following treatment in such conditions.
1. Calcium and vitamin D 3
2. Hot water fomentation
3. Compression bandage
4. Steroid injection in wrist if synovitis is present.
