Brief Answer:
Swollen lymp lymph node in upper neck

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The swelling is marked and evidently large. It needs to be examined. If indeed its lymph nodes then ibuprofen can be advised in addition to the amoxicillin at maximum dose to counter associated inflammation. If the swelling is due to a collection of fluid or other suspicious mass then an ultrasound of the neck and x ray chest including the neck views AP and lateral should be taken. It would be a good idea to have it checked in the ER, now.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
