I understand your concern.Since your symptoms are sudden and just limited to hands and feet ,It could be because of hypersensitivity to cold.

I would suggest you to take anti allergy pills for a week and keep your hands and feet warm or give hot compress when required.Hopefully this will help.

I am in Fl & the temp is 70-75 so it's not the cold at all!

Peripheral neuropathy

Hello Mam!

Welcome back.

Another possibility of your symptom could be peripheral neuropathy which generally occurs due to Diabetes in most population.I would advise you to check your blood sugar levels both fasting and post prandial to rule out Diabetes as underlying pathology.

There are chances of Rheumatoid arthritis also.These leave joint a red and swollen condition with nerve irritation causing tingling problems.

I would suggest you to see a physician and get evaluated because these might be just initial stages of any disease.
