I am in Fl & the temp is 70-75 so it's not the cold at all!

Another possibility of your symptom could be peripheral neuropathy which generally occurs due to Diabetes in most population.I would advise you to check your blood sugar levels both fasting and post prandial to rule out Diabetes as underlying pathology.
There are chances of Rheumatoid arthritis also.These leave joint a red and swollen condition with nerve irritation causing tingling problems.
I would suggest you to see a physician and get evaluated because these might be just initial stages of any disease.
