Hello
Thank you for posting your query on this forum.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain relief. If it is still paining you will need a prescription drugs and for that you need to meed a GP. For now taking more rest and elevation will be helpful. There are many causes of bone throbbing pain. I want to know that since when you are having throbbing? Is there pain more in night or day? Whether you got any injury? Whether pain is on one side or both side right and left? Do you have any fever? Waiting for your response.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Hi
Welcome back
There can be many causes most common includes osteoid osteoma , chronic osteomyelitis (brodies abcess). Osteoid ostema is characterised by night throbbing pain. So it is advisable to investigate yourself by x ray and MRI of effected lower leg. You have to visit Orthopedic surgeon for it.
