![default](/r/images/default.png)
could be due to side effect of drugs
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic .
Your tingling of hand and feet could be due to side effect of pamelor. Pamelor is known to cause it. Also nexium on taking long term reduce absorption of vitamin B12 and may cause tingling in hands and feet.
Zoloft what you are taking may cause muscle stiffness and stiffness of joints which you are feeling as arthritic.
These are considered as mild side effects unless they are hampering your day today activities. If they are causing serious problem then I suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss regarding the need to continue the drugs and also any scope of changing to other drug of same group. Usually for these side effects drugs are not discontinued.
The regimen is not concerning unless you don't have problem taking too many tablets.
Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

you may take
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
You may take 500mcg of vitamin B12 if you are having very much problem with tingling. Some multivitamins will be strong and cause gastritis. Before starting multivitamins let your doctor be reminded of gastritis problem.
You may also get blood vitamin B12 level to know whether there is deficiency and start treatment. If it is normal unnecessary extra drug taking will be reduced.
For my patients I usually advice to reduce taking medications as much as possible expecially for sleep and anxiety .
So I suggest you if it is possible for you to control anxiety with meditation etc then you may reduce the medications under guidance of your doctor. As taking too many medication is cumbersome. Its just a suggestion.
Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
