What Causes Ulcers In Mouth After Oral Sex?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I meet a girl couple of times physically but didn't had intercourse. But we both were completely naked, did everything except intercourse
We kissed each other and she gave a blow job. This happened almost a year ago. After that we never meet and regret for the things happened.
After few weeks of the incident, I started seeing couple of differences
1) I see some small ulcers kind in my mouth. I tried using riboflamine tablets but they have not gone. Even though they are not causing any itching sensation I'm bit worried on how to get rid of them. If i marry any girl will it be transmitted to her?
2) My skin diseases are not getting cured like dark patches on inner thighs and skin becoming folded. Many doctors gave me fluconzoe doze but didn't help. Is there any serious issue with it?
Got tested VDRL and HIV test done. Both very negative. Please give ur advice.

I can understand the plight you are going through. It looks that the guilt has taken over. This happened 1 year back.
You had kissing.
Do you mean blow job means masturbation with her hands?
The occurrence of the symptoms was after few weeks.
1> What sort of ulcers you have got in the mouth? Are they small , up to 3 mm and goes away in few weeks, to come again after a certain time or they permanent? Is it possible for you to post a photograph/ picture?
If these are small, many and recurrent and go away in 3 to 7 days, they are possibly aphthous ulcers. and may not be related to the kissing.
2 > Dark patches on the inner thighs is definitely due to fungal infection. Fluconazole alone may not be sufficient. You have to apply the anti-fungal cream daily. And more important is keeping the area clean with pain water and keep dry, exposed to open air when at home/ in bedroom. Avoid hot and humid places, Use loose clothes.
Many times the black discoloration may not go away at all. Get checked by a Dermatologist to see if this is fungal or just a black discoloration.
Both the conditions will not be transmitted to your wife.
Take multivitamins.

1)Mouth ulers are small and doesn't go away. She masturbated me with both her hands and mouth. Uploaded the pics in the reports please check.

The treatment you need to take is as follows::
Vitamin A 2 caps daily for 3 days, Calcirol ( Vitamin D ) 1 XXXXXXX every week for 3 weeks to start with and maintain this with multi-vitamin capsules one daily will give a very good relief. This is all curable and even though you would not get immediate relief , just do not worry.
