Brief Answer:
Possible neuropathy? Require MRI total spine for further assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

This possibly looks like peripheral neuropathy or gangliopathy secondary to the use of Cancer chemotherapy.

But it's important to confirm the above possibility or to simultaneously think of a degenerative spine disease.

For this distinction, I advise you to get an MRI scan of the spine at the earliest.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.
